District II Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 5:45 by Moriah Ogle

Meeting minutes were approved as read. unanimous

Marsha gave the treasurer’s report $266.43 in savings, $7000.00 in a CD and $2432.92 in checking.

Outstanding bills are: Post Office box $42.00 and Shirts for year-end awards $9.47

New Business:
-District II won the overall high-point award at state and everyone that rode in state placed.
-Sissy proposed that the new elected officers take office after the annual meeting. 2nd by Wes and passed by 99% vote.

- Awards this year are: 1st buckle, 2nd bronc halter, 3rd blanket, 4th sweatshirt, 5th (kids only) buckets, 6th (kids only) bag

Officers are as follows:
President: Susan Doane
Vice President: Wes Brewer
Sec: Peggy Bartmess (Sissy)
Treasurer: Laray Jenks
Historian: Teresa Brewer
District Rep: Dave Ogle
All officers were elected in a unanimous vote

Meeting adjourned at 6:00 and everyone had dinner
