Moriah called the meeting to order at 6:40pm.

Treasurer’s Report
We have $10,155.85 in our checking and $191.10 in savings
We paid $100.00 for the web-site.
Accepted this total 1st Darcy, 2nd Wes
Accepted last sec. notes. 1st Teresa 2nd Wes and passed

Old Business
Darcy CD rates:
Teresa motion we put $7000.00 in CD for 15 months with 3.25% at Valley Bank. 2nd Patsy and passed.

State Convention:
All of our ideas were turned in late so, they will go in for next year.
Games will be: poles, key, barrels, & flag, figure 8, & western jumping, speed barrels for everyone
Under 8- mini pair
8-11 pair poles
12-15 and adults pair sack & team arena

New Business:
Memorial for Ted Wood Sr ½ for Mt Hope Project the other ½ first 60% and 40% second place
Points counts 2 of the 4 basic events key & barrels TABLED until taken back to clubs report on at the next meeting

Please get a list together for your club with names and addresses so Sissy can send out year-end award invites
